Discover the chalet Cote Belle situated in the very pretty hamlet of la Villette (1325m). Situated at the foot of the ski slopes of the extensive Grandes Rousses/Alpes d´Huez Domaine and very close to the centre of the village of Vaujany. You have easy access to the shops and many cultural and sporting events taking place at the ski station. The chalet, completely renovated in 2004 in the traditional architecture of the area, can welcome 50 people. It has a special agreement with the Youth and Sports authorities of the Department of the Isere to welcome 42 teenagers and 8 adults ( n°038 527 429 ). Since the Spring of 2007, it is also registered with the “ Gites de France” and has a “ 2 epis” rating (the equivalent of 2 stars for a hotel)..

Meals and Free time: Whether in Winter or Summer, you can enjoy relaxing on the big South-facing terrace right opposite the waterfall of “ la Fare”after a full day´s hiking or skiing. At night you can come and share a delicious meal with the other guests. Claire and Julien´s family cooking includes many traditional recipes. A large room is also available for groups of up to 100 persons.

The Rooms : The “Gite” has 13 bedrooms for either 3 or 5 persons, most of which have a  balcony and are facing South. Their wooden furniture gives them a warm atmosphere.  Pillows , pillow cases and blankets are provided, but you have to bring your own sheets or sleeping bag. If you forget, you can rent them at the “Gite” !
